All of
our wool is undyed, unbleached 100% British wool. Just the way the sheep made
it!
Wool
Nude Ewe
wool is a natural product. The colour of our fleeces can vary with the age of
the sheep, exposure to sun and other factors. As such, wool colour may vary
slightly between batches. To ensure that the colour of your project is
consistent, your wool should all come from the same batch. We therefore
recommend that you purchase all the wool you need for your
project.

Apple Day 2008, each is named after a different apple variety. These are
available in our new Nude Ewe 'knit kits'. Each kit includes wool, instructions
and a pair of 'recycled' needles that we've saved from landfill. All of our kits

Patterns
Knit up
your own piece of Bedfordshire! We are pleased to offer Nude Ewe customers a
series of free scarf patterns, each representing a different place in the county.
A scarf will use roughly 5 50g balls of yarn, or 6 if you like a nice long one. Watch this space for more patterns to come!
Patterns
in the photos are in white to show detail only; your scarf will of course be in
the colour of the yarn you use. These are best knit with DK or Light Aran weight
yarn.

Stewartby |
Bedfordshire was once the hub of Britain's brick-making industry. This
pattern, which resembles a completed brick wall, is a tribute to the
site of the county's last operational brick works.
